Description: This project details the development of a
content strategy, leading to a complete website redesign for a company that creates mobile applications for enterprise customers across a broad range of industries.
Strategy: While many mobile development companies cater to generic or consumer mobile applications, InnoviMobile focuses on the enterprise. They develop B2E (business to employee) and B2B (business to business) solutions that integrate with backend IT systems. As organizations continue to implement ”mobile-first” strategies, it was imperative for InnoviMobile to rethink their current Web site, one that rendered a consistent experience across all devices, screens and form factors.
Tactic: In order to meet the necessary objectives, InnoviMobile engaged Springboard to understand the company’s core message, target customer persona, and differentiation within the market. Springboard developed a content strategy and launched new Web site that focused on InnoviMobile’s expertise in enterprise mobility. The project required eight weeks.
Results: The new InnoviMobile web site was launched in February 2013. It offers a clean and intuitive experience that integrates responsive design, ensuring all content and navigation elements adjust appropriately across smartphones, tablets and computers. The web site also showcases a gallery of case studies, integrates with Olark to provide real-time chat communications, and a blog for the InnoviMobile team to share their perspective on native application development and other approaches.
